The APFED Showcase Programme provides a grant of up to US$30,000 to each sustainable development project that showcases innovative approaches to support the development, implementation, monitoring, and information dissemination of innovative policies, measures and actions for promoting sustainable development in the region.
30 July 2009 - Ten innovative project proposals from civil society groups and research institutions in Asia Pacific will receive an award of up to US$30,000 for their novel approaches to sustainable development. The 10 proposals were selected from 191 entries received under the Asia Pacific Forum for environment and Development (APFED) Showcase Programme this year.
