APFED II First Plenary Meeting
The first plenary meeting of the Asia-Pacific Forum for Environment and Development in the Second Phase (APFED II) was held on 21-22 November 2005 in Bogor, Indonesia. In the meeting, concrete measures for implementing the APFED recommendations from the final report of its first phase were discussed. Furthermore, H.E. Ms. Yoriko Kawaguchi (Former Minister for Foreign Affairs and Former Minister of the Environment, Japan) was elected as the chairperson of APFED II.
