APFED Awards Committee will make its final selection of prizes for 2008
with the results announced at the award ceremony.
All applications must be signed for submission by the head or authorised representative of the organisation that plays a primary role in managing activities or practices presented in the application. Applications by a third party or others will not be accepted.

The award will be given only to organisations and NOT to individuals.

In submitting the application, applicants must agree with the conditions set forth in the "Selection Criteria & Process" page, whereby the prize money will be used to support activities to promote the information dissemination of good practice(s) awarded in the programme with a view to facilitating the replication of such practices in other countries or areas. In this regard, the winners of the APFED Awards are requested to use the prize money not only for the aforementioned purpose but also for collaborating with the APFED Secretariat in conducting the case study.

Please observe the following requirements in completing the application form:
Language and Formatting: Please use Standard British English.
Length of Case: Please make the description concise and to the point, keeping the length approximately to twelve (12) pages.
Copyright Clearance: Please make sure to clarify any copyright issues when making use of pictures/graphs or reproducing parts of work already published. Avoid, as much as possible, referring to individual names in describing activities or practices. Individual names should appear, in principle, only in the “Contact” section.
Editorial Discretion: APFED Secretariat reserves the right to make editorial improvement in disseminating information contained in the application.
